I dont' know...I just do.

My name is Neo, and my biggest passions are traveling and cooking. Both are at their best when you don’t quite know where you’re heading.

Design has always interested me. Being creative through all elements is what drives me. I never tire of finding new ways to explore my creativity, which makes me a true multitasker.

Working with people is also something I’ve always been drawn to. Whether it’s providing great service or being a team player, it’s something that makes me feel better in my workplace.

I started my journey at Hyper Island on August 5, 2023. The program aligns with how I learn best and is something I feel very comfortable with. You’re thrown straight into the “deep end”… You learn from your mistakes, you don’t always know where you’re heading, but you and your team figure it all out together until you’re satisfied with the result.

A lot of my journey reflects who I am as a person: “I don’t know, I just do.”

Through this, I’ve gained incredible knowledge and experience, enabling me to work with real clients and collaborate in both functional and dysfunctional teams.
